Premier League: Brighton & Hove Albion vs Norwich City

6:02pm: Connolly intercepts a loose pass and shoots but earns Brighton a corner. 6:05pm: Stiepermann drives forward and passes it inside to Pukki who earns Norwich a corner. 6:07pm: Good attacking passage of play from Brighton that started with Groß doing a Cruyff turn into a cross.

6:09pm: Good counterattack from Norwich that started from a loose ball but Dunk tackled Pukki before he had a chance to shoot.

6:10pm: Stiepermann shot and hit the bar! Close for Norwich! Good pressure from Norwich.

6:12pm: Corner after Maupay’s effect was deflected off of Godfrey.

6:16pm: Good end to end play from both teams.

6:17pm: Connolly battled down the wing and got a corner for Brighton.

6:18pm: BRIGHTON DENIED BY KRUL! Montoya tackled a Norwich defender and passed it down the middle but behind everyone in the box. Alzate came onto it and shot but Krul put out his leg denying Brighton and Norwich’s defence cleared it quickly.

6:21pm: Good play from Norwich, Stiepermann tried to play it inside to Hernández but put just too much on the ball.

6:23pm: Corner for Brighton earned yet again by Connolly.

6:24pm: Alzate goes close again from a corner this time. 6:28pm: Corner again for Brighton. Close again before the corner. Pröpper danced down the wing And crossed perfectly to Steven Alzate who time his header too early and missed the ball.

6:31pm: Good play from Norwich after making a good tackle on Connolly on the half way line.

6:32pm: Pukki got a shot away but now Brighton’s Webster is receiving treatment.

6:36pm: SUBSTITUTE: Adam Webster is being stretchered off. Looks like Ankle ligaments. Shane Duffy comes on.

6:38pm: Maupay has a shot off target at the end of Brighton’s counterattack. 6:41pm: Good passage of keeping the ball from Brighton. Diagonal ball to Montoya which he played to Stephens.

6:44pm: Pröpper shot but it went straight into Krul’s arms.

6:46pm: Good cross from Groß to no one in particular but goes into Maupay’s path who shoots but Connolly tries to shoot but no one scored. VAR checked for a red card against Maupay but no card was awarded. 6:48pm: Connolly crosses it down the middle, Pröpper picks it up and plays to Maupay who sends it over the bar.

6:49pm: Connolly and Tettey almost scored an own goal but hit it over the bar.

HALFTIME: 6:51PM: Good half from Brighton, should’ve scored at least two goals. It may cost them second half. Norwich have defended well despite Brighton’s chances.

7:07pm: Panicked start from Brighton. Good chance for Norwich. Stiepermann ended up on the floor.

7:10pm: Good through ball to Pukki but Dunk tackled him.

7:12pm: Freekick to Norwich after a foul by Stephens.

7:14pm: Burn crosses it and it deflects off a Norwich player to Stephens who shot just wide off the target. 7:18pm: Great ball to Connolly who was tackled. Play went on and found it’s way back to Connolly who shoots but misses the target.

7:19pm: SUBSTITUTE: Trossard comes on for Groß.

7:23pm: Yellow card for Stiepermann after a challenge on Pröpper.

7:27pm: Good attacking play from Brighton. 7:28pm: GOAL!! A good cross from Montoya and Trossard went to the near post and scored. What an impression the substitute has made! 1-0 Brighton. 7:30pm: Good play and a great ball across the box from Maupay.

7:32pm: Corner for Norwich won by Lewis.

7:33pm: Pukki heads it on to Buendía who took too long to shoot and was wide of the target. 7:34pm: Pröpper runs through the defence and he pulled it back to Maupay who struck but Krul saved it. Wonderful reaction save! 7:35pm: Norwich are holding on after Brighton‘s corner where Trossard and Alzate had a chance on goal.

7:35pm: SUBSTITUTE: Stiepermann off for Drmić.

7:37pm: Good play from Norwich but Ryan picks up the ball after Dunk shields the player from the ball.

7:37pm: Lovely ball for Brighton but they over hit the ball again.

7:38pm: Buendía earned a freekick just outside the box. Buendía shoots too high and wide. 7:40pm: Nice backheels from Trossard and Pröpper leads to a corner. Maupay gets a volley and hooks it over the bar.

7:45pm: GOAL!! Trossard crosses and Duffy taps it in! What a goal! 2-0 Brighton.
